You know, I just love my job.. I wouldn't even consider it a job or career.. I consider a total freakin blessing. Especially moments when I get to shoot such sweet people. Oh My God.. Conya and Billy are soo sooo soooooo sweet. Billy is his deep deep voice.. you know he's a big guy.. but you wanna talk about a pussy cat.. he just purrrrsss. He is THE most kindest hearted person ever. He is just a really really grateful wonderful human being.. and his speech made me cry. Conya, well she is just a wonderful wonderful person... she is amazing and they both deserve eachother. they fit like a puzzle pieces.. prefectly interlocked. I felt so blessed to be shooting their wedding. It was so fun and everyone was so sweet.

We had time to do some fun stuff at the Hotel that they were getting dressed at and then later at the park.. as you can see down below I shot Conya against a red fabric background at the hotel and then later shot them under car beams when the sun was already down..

I am so grateful to have met them and hope to keep a warm relationship with them always!

Well I guess John never has to worry about the dozen roses on Valentine's from this year on since its gonna be his anniversary! John came to me about 2 weeks ago and told me that he was getting married on Valentine's. Another quick wedding for me, but oh soooooo much fun! And it was at the most gorgeous place. I met Nora for the first time as she was getting her make up done at Portofino Hotel and Yacht Club... she is seriously such a sweety. Such a caring individual I can see the attraction that John has for her. Her daughters were there getting their hair done too so I got to meet the whole crew. It was awesome! And let me tell you the Portofino Hotel and Yacht Club is GORGEOUS!!!!

John arrived around 4:00 and we got to shoot some images right before they were swept away by the limo. Then we got to the Wayfarers Chapel.. AND WOW. That place is freakin' awesome! A GLASS CHAPEL... REALLLLLYYY! YAY. I knew I was gonna love it!!!

We took such beautiful pictures overlooking the bluffs. I am so grateful to have been a part of John and Nora's beautiful day!!!

OK OK Maybe I'm just the tinsiest winsiest biased.. I mean my gorgeous husband is in this band! HAHAHAHH! Ok.. so I have been asking my husband to let me shoot his very cool Classic Rock Cover Band. And we finally set a date and did it! We shot for a couple of hours in downtown Orange, around the circle. We had such a blast. This was the first time I had met the men that my husband spends his Friday nights rehearsing with. And they are all SUPER COOL people! I was so stoked to meet them. They are so sweet, charming, funny! We had a really really cool time. So here are some of my favorite images. I will probably post them on the website at some point when I get a little time.. don't I always say that! Anyway..  they are working on getting their demo together and their logo and all that good stuff (sorry I'm a champ at run on sentences) And soon they will be doing some corporate gigs and parties. I am very excited for them.

My husband Luis has been invlolved with and has built up many bands in the past and this is the first time that he has felt really happy and confident about a group before.. so I know its gonna be good!

I think that one of the freakin coolest aspects of my "job" is the relationship that I build with people. I mean I have said it over and over again... I wish I could make best friends with all of my clients. I only attract the absolute coolest, sweetest, most awesome people of Earth! So, Vanessa and Carlos, who's wedding I shot over a year and a half ago.. just recently gave birth to this most precious little girl. Of couse I was stoked to see the baby. I mean here they are .. getting married... in love.. all a blush... and now... awww.. here comes the circle of life. Isn't that freakin awesome! I just love seeing it. I love seeing the way life just goes around. Soon Melia will be 6 months.. and I will see her grow.. then 1 year... and then soon I will be shooting her high school graduation pictures.... I know I know .. I'm getting ahead of myself. I just get so freakin sentimenatl sometimes.. I mean, my daughter is nine.. NINE YEARS OLD!! I rememer this baby stage as if it was yesterday. Ah... life is so f%$#@ing awesome!!!!

Stephanie and Trevor booked me very last minute. I got a phone call from them early Januray to shoot their wedding end of January, that almost never happens. But I am very very glad it did. They are two very rockin, very sweet, very cute people.

We had a great time shooting at the Grand California Hotel. As many of you know that place is stunning. Unfortunaltely we did not have any sunlight left so we did not shoot alot of outdoors images but the indoor images were absolutely beautiful! As you can tell from the images below.

I think one of the sweetest things that happened was the Cake and Punch reception they had for their students. It was soooo sweeet. They both teach at the Christian schools so the students were waiting for the with the cutest notes and they were so excited. I could tell they have a great rapport with their students! I can tell the kids love them very much! Says alot about their character
